Integrated Rehabilitation Centre for Addicts (IRCA) With the support of the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India, ORDER is running a Drug De-Addiction Centre under the Integrated Rehabilitation Centre for Addicts (IRCA) at Housing Board Colony, Buxi Square, Jharsuguda. Addiction is a disease that affects the brain and behavior. When a person becomes addicted to drugs or alcohol, they are unable to resist the urge to use substances despite knowing the harm it causes. Initially, substance use may be voluntary, but over time drugs alter brain functioning, leading to loss of self-control and destructive behavior. These physical and psychological changes can be long-lasting. Alcohol, drugs, and other narcotic substances are major causes of social evils, and today society is facing serious challenges due to this growing menace. It is therefore our social responsibility to support addicted individuals, help them recover, and reintegrate them into society so they can live with dignity and honor. Services Provided by IRCA The IRCA provides integrated rehabilitation services, including: Screening and Assessment Individual and Group Counseling Personalized Treatment Planning Medical Treatment by Qualified Doctors Psychological and Therapeutic Support by Trained Counselors Rehabilitation and Social Reintegration
