Educational Programme The Educational Programme of Jharkhand Adivasi Mahila Vikas Samuh aims to promote inclusive, equitable, and quality education for children, adolescents, and adults from Adivasi, rural, and marginalized communities in Jharkhand. Education is viewed as a powerful tool for empowerment, social mobility, and long-term community development. In many tribal and remote areas, children face challenges such as poverty, lack of educational support at home, language barriers, early marriage, migration, and limited access to quality schools. Girls are particularly vulnerable to school dropouts. The programme addresses these barriers through community engagement, learning support, and awareness initiatives.
